Order Processing/ Verification procedures

All orders are processed upon receipt. All items which are in stock normally ship within 2-3 business days from when the order has been processed. Our website may not reflect real-time inventory, so not all “available” products are on hand for immediate rush delivery. Customers placing overnight and rush delivery orders should contact our sales department in order to confirm that we are able to meet your time constraints. Due to verification processes we are required to ship to the address where you receive your monthly credit card statements. If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing address (the address to which your monthly credit card statements are sent), please use the toll free number on the front or back of you card to contact your credit card company and create an “alternate shipping address”, which is simply a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address. Failure to do so may considerably delay the processing of your order.

If you have received notice that your order has been processed but it is then temporarily delayed or backordered it will be shipped out to you when it becomes available unless you cancel the order. Please make sure to contact our customer service department over the phone and obtain a cancellation confirmation number. Your order will continue to remain open and active, unless it is cancelled by you. If you do not cancel it and refuse or return the shipment you will be subject to the applicable return fees.

Payment Policy

Acceptable payment methods are: All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club), C.O.D. (we may require a credit card deposit), Government and Institutional purchase orders, money orders, certified check, personal check, bank checks and wire transfer. Personal checks, Money orders and Bank checks may be held for up to 3 weeks. To pay by check, Money order, wire transfer, C.O.D., or purchase order please contact our sales department at 1-866-288-2363 for further details.

Orders placed with an international credit card or orders placed with a U.S. credit card being shipped abroad may not be accepted due to verification issues.

In the event that we cannot verify your billing information we may require you to wire transfer payment prior to us shipping the products. At times we may request a fax with a copy of your drivers’ license and front and back of the credit card being used.

Sales Tax/ International Orders

Click4Digital shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of New York. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

International orders may be subject to local import fees, customs, duty, or additional taxes in the country of destination. Click4Digital is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice on import fees, duty, customs, or taxes that you may have to pay when your merchandise arrives. Click4Digital recommends that you contact your customs import office for more information about potential charges.

Shipping Fees and Policies

Shipping fees are calculated based on multiple different criteria's’ such as weight, size, insurance, destination, price and shipping method. To calculate your shipping fees, please add your items into your shopping cart, select your shipping method, proceed to checkout and you will be given your shipping fee prior to your order being placed. On orders with more than one main item, you may be subject to additional shipping charges which you would be notified of prior to us billing your credit card. Due to price fluctuation on electronics Click4Digital can not always offer price protection on already shipped products.

For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii And Puerto Rico please select two day air or overnight delivery, as these orders cannot be shipped via ground delivery. For orders shipping to P.O. boxes and APO’S please select the U.S.P.S. standard or priority as these orders cannot be shipped via FedEx or UPS. If you do not select an appropriate shipping method, your order will be adjusted accordingly to the proper shipping method and rate. Oversized products such as printers, scanners, DVD players, TV’s and VCR’s may be subject to additional shipping fee’s.


Click4Digital will always make every attempt possible to deliver product (s) ordered on time. Click4Digital is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers. Click4Digital bears no responsibility for delays as a result of: Weather storms, Employee Strikes or any other complications Caused on behalf of our affiliated shipping carriers. Free Shipping Promotion

The Free Shipping Promotion only applies to UPS Ground delivery which excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Post Office boxes as well as APO and FPO boxes. “Oversize and or overweight items, i.e.{ Televisions, receivers, furniture and printers} are excluded from the free shipping promotion. All oversized or special order items which ship directly through the manufacturer or there distributor are also excluded and subject to shipping charges.

Shipping charges do not include handling and insurance charges which may be additional. If you placed an order online choosing the free shipping option on an item which do not qualify, you will be contacted by our support department informing you of any additional charges. Please contact our customer service department(1-866-288-2363) if you are unsure if the item you are purchasing qualifies.



Return Policy/ Procedure

21 days for return on all items excluding special order and televisions. Special order items are merchandise that are not in stock and are ordered at the customer's request. This return timeframe applies only to brand new, unopened (excluding packaging) and unused merchandise. All opened (excluding packaging) and used merchandise are final sales and can not be returned. All returns require a valid Return Authorization Number (RMA) which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Department at 1-866-288-2363 or emailing our Support Department  at support@Click4Digital.com.

An RMA number must be issued within the above stated timeframe in order for your return to qualify. Returns received without a valid Return Authorization Number (RMA) will be documented and shipped back to you.

All returns (we will not accept partial order returns, or returns on individual items, regardless of the reason except if the return is confirmed as being due to one of the reasons listed in (i)-(iv) herein) are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the total transaction charge (exclusive of any shipping and handling charges, taxes, and other post sales costs) unless the merchandise order is cancelled (i) the earlier of 48 hours of placing the order on-line or prior to shipment; (ii) for merchandise received that is materially different from the merchandise ordered; (iii) for merchandise that is materially different from what the company represented, in writing or orally what the merchandise would be or how it would perform; or (iv) for a misrepresentation as to the cost of the merchandise, or the cost of shipping, handling or insurance associated with the merchandise. Shipping, Handling and Insurance fees are not refundable on all returned or refused packages. Returns are processed in the order in which they are received. Return processing may take up to 7 business days from the time your return is received. If you have a return that needs to be handled in an expedited manner please contact our customer service department and we will do our best to accommodate you. Returns that require a refund may take an additional 5-7 business days before the credit is applied to your credit card. All returns must include all merchandise or services sold under the same order number and invoice. Please understand that orders are often sold as kit/ packages and we cannot resell these items independently.

How Do I Make a Return?

1) To return an item, please contact customer service by phone at 1-866-288-2363 or email us at support@Click4Digital.com for prior approval and to obtain an
Return Authorization Number (RMA) number.

2) All merchandise purchased from Click4Digital is sold in its original factory packaging, with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor. Therefore, it can not be returned unless it is in its' original manufacturers’ packaging, in the same condition in which it was sold, and with all literature/ instructions/ documentation and blank warranty cards. The manufacturers' box and inserts must be exactly as originally received, in unblemished condition. We will not accept a return without the manufacturers' box and inserts. Returns that are not received in acceptable condition will be documented and returned to you and no credit or exchange will be issued.

3) Place the manufacturers’ box into a shipping carton. Please DO NOT place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the shipping box. DO NOT WRITE ON THE MANUFACTURERS' BOX.

4) RMA numbers DO NOT guarantee final disposition. All return are subject to inspection.

5) Any merchandise returned without prior authorization will be refused. Please ship your return parcel via prepaid insured freight. We DO NOT accept COD or freight collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or credit without authorization.

TV/ Monitor Return Policy

1. TV/ Monitor purchases are special orders and can only be cancelled prior to the shipment of the order. Please contact our Customer Service department at 1-866-288-2363 to obtain a cancellation confirmation number. Customers cannot cancel an order that is en route. You must confirm with us that the TV has not been shipped out before requesting cancellation.
2. TV/Monitors come with full Manufacturers Warrantees and there are no returns on TVs. TVs are Final Sale items, and are considered Special Order items.
3. TV/Monitors are not returnable to Click4Digital if initially defective. They must be serviced by an Authorized Service Technician.
4. Upon delivery, it is the consumer’s sole responsibility to inspect the TV/Monitor to insure that it is not physically damaged. DO NOT SIGN the delivery manifest until you have inspected the TV/Monitor. Once you sign for the item, you are signing acceptance of the product “physically as is” and CAN NOT refuse the charges for a physically damaged unit from this point forward. If the merchandise is damaged, please make a notation on the delivery manifest, and have the delivery person sign as a witness to the damage. If you have any issues or concerns with your shipment/delivery contact us immediately.
5. If you are refusing the delivery of the item and it is not damaged, or you are canceling an order that it already en-route, you are responsible for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges for the delivery BOTH WAYS. Please note that a refund will be issued for the cost of the product only. You will NOT be reimbursed for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges.

Ship and Insure your return

We strongly recommend that you fully insure the package that you are returning. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION, in the event that the package is lost or damaged in transit. Please double box your item, do not ship the unit in the Manufacturers' box. We suggest that you use a “traceable carrier” that can provide you with proof of delivery and you must keep a record of the return shipment. Click4Digital shall not be responsible for items lost or damaged during transit and all tracers and claims must be filed by you. Shipping, handling and insurance fees both to and from our warehouse will be paid by you, the customer, and is non refundable. At our sole discretion Click4Digital may reimburse shipping charges related to the exchange of defected products.

Inspection Criteria

All items will be inspected and tested upon receipt. Any discrepancies including, but not limited to, the following list will result in a package being returned to you and a credit or a replacement not being issued. If you refuse delivery of  the returned package you will still not be credited, and it is your responsibility to retrieve your merchandise from us. We are not responsible for merchandise that we attempted to return to you.

The following criteria will be followed in rejecting returns and refusing credit. Our Inspection Department determines what is in violation of our return criteria, and once an item is deemed unacceptable it will not be accepted for credit or exchange.
 

  • Products which are improperly packaged.
  • Products which the original manufacturers’ box or inserts are missing or tampered with or has stickers/shipping labels or writing on it.
  • Products with any labels removed (UL listing, capacity brand name, UPC code)
  • Products with SERIAL NUMBER which does not match SERIAL NUMBER on package or invoice (Click4Digital maintains Serial Number Tracking).
  • Damage : Cracked or damaged components, LCD screens or damaged circuit boards.
  • Damage: Any dents, Scratches defacement or abuse of base casting.
  • Damage: Torn or punctured seals.

Canceling An Order

In order to cancel your order or part of your order you must contact customer service during their normal hours of operation in order to obtain a valid Cancellation Confirmation number. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped or are in transit to you. All cancellation requests must be processed over the phone with our representative prior to shipment. If you send a cancellation request through email or voicemail,  you must receive a response confirming that the order is cancelled, in order to consider it cancelled. You must confirm that your package has not shipped out prior to requesting cancellation. Any package shipped out and refused may be subject to a 5% restocking fee and non refundable shipping, handling and insurance charges.

Defective Items/ Missing Items

All items (except TV’s/ Monitors) sold by Click4Digital is guaranteed by the manufacturer or Click4Digital to perform according to the manufactures guidelines. If you have received a defective item Click4Digital provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) for the defective item. Please inspect your purchase upon receipt; claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of the merchandise. Damaged/Lost/Missing Package

In the event that a package shows delivered and you have not received your package, please contact customer service so that a tracer investigation can be initiated immediately. Once a tracer investigation has been initiated it may take up to 10 business days to complete. In the event that your product is delivered and damaged in transit, make sure to keep the original shipping box so it can be inspected at a later time. Damaged or misplaced items that were shipped via a freight company may take between 30-60 days for claim processing. Prior to shipping; all packages are thoroughly inspected to make sure all contents are included in the box. If you are missing any items from your package it must be reported to Click4Digital within 2 business days so an investigation can be initiated. Failure to report a missing item within 2 business days will severely hinder any possible investigation. Back To Top
 


Warranty Coverage/ Repairs

All items sold by Click4Digital are warranted solely by the manufacturer unless otherwise stated. Click4Digital is not responsible for items serviced by the manufacturer. Click4Digital also carries imported/Grey Market products which are not covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. On imported items, Click4Digital provides a warranty identical to the provisions and limitations of the manufacturer’s warranty up to a maximum of 1 year parts and 90 days labor. Your warranty cards/ and or sales slip must accompany all items.

Typically there are relatively few differences between U.S. and Grey Market goods. The most noticeable difference is price and warranty service. Generally, import products are less expensive. The U.S. warranted item’s price covers the American importer’s operating expenses, including warranty service, their sales staff, websites, advertising, and all their overhead expenses. The price of the import products covers none of this since the Import product was brought into the U.S.A. by someone other than the manufacturer’s licensed importer. With some products there are differences. For example, Canon Uses the name PowerShot in the U.S.A. for their digital camera’s but uses the name IXUS/IXY elsewhere however the product itself is identical. It’s also important to know that during the manufacturing and assembly process there’s no distinction. U.S.A. and import items are all made simultaneously from the same raw materials and components, and are assembled by the same workers on the same assembly line. The U.S./Import distinction isn’t even applied until the assembly process is completed. There is no quality or performance difference whatsoever. At times; kit contents on U.S./Imported items may also vary. Please check the “item includes” tab on the product page you are purchasing to see what type of warranty and what the kit contents include for the product you are purchasing. On imported items, it will state that “item comes with a one year Click4Digital warranty”. In addition to possible differences in warranty, kit contents, and item name, import items are not eligible for USA manufacturers’ rebates. Rebates

All rebates are handled directly with the manufacturer unless clearly stated otherwise. We are not responsible under any circumstances for refused or declined rebates. Products offering mail in rebates are non returnable to Click4Digital once the rebates have been filed for. Be sure the product is working and you intend to keep the product before filing for rebates. Products missing UPC codes from the box are non returnable and will be rejected or subject to restocking fees. Imported products do not qualify for rebates. Price Protection

Our commitment and goal to our customers is to strive to offer the best possible prices on all of our products. We have an entire purchasing department dedicated to finding the best possible deals for our valued client base. Consequently, due to the nature of the electronics industry the prices on our website fluctuate daily and reflect the lowest price we can possibly offer at that time. If the price on an item goes up after you made your purchase we will honor the lower price that you had initially purchased it at. Subsequently, if the price on an item goes down after you purchased it, we can only offer you the lower price it has been changed to if your package has not yet shipped.
